Today our 8th graders explored the important topic of mental health and stress management. During the lesson students discussed simple, but powerful ways to keep a healthy mind: staying active, getting enough , talking to friends and taking breaks from screens.
We also talked about how to avoid stress and why balance between school, rest and hobbies is so important. The students shared their own ideas, supported each other and expressed their opinions in English.
Learning language is not only about grammar – it is also about learning to talk about real life and well-being.
